Fifth Third Bank & Imani Afryka
Distribute The African American HomeBuyers Guide during annual eBus Homeownership Tour
. Fifth Third Bank eBus

For the fourth consecutive year, Fifth Third Bank will demonstrate its commitment to support an initiative to increase homeownership and economic empowerment in urban communities, via a 40-foot bus that doubles as a mobile financial services classroom. The Fifth Third Bank Homeownership Mobile, or E-Bus, will return to visit affiliate markets and the Gulf Coast.

The "eBus" is currently on a multi-city tour traveling across five Mid Atlantic and Midwest states and will visit hundreds of local communities to provide free, no purchase necessary, information and financial services. The eBus enables Fifth Third to extend housing opportunities and access to financial services to underserved communities. Visitors who step onboard the bus gain access to financial products and services. Visitors will also receive a free copy of the highly popular African American HomeBuyers Guide by nationally recognized author Imani Afryka.

Imani Afryka "It's very exciting to be a part of Fifth Third Bank's commitment to helping people become more successful home buyers. Fifth Third Bank continues to make the effort necessary to establishing a financially literate community. Because of Fifth Third's commitment the very people I had envisioned becoming homeowners when I wrote my book will have even more opportunities to succeed. Visitors will have access to much needed information and services for buying a home, including obtaining an appropriate mortgage and establishing sound financial habits. I am proud to be associated in this effort."
